hela Sverige Do you find space fascinating and want to be part of a cutting-edge team that helps our customers benefit from space? SSC Satellite Management Services (SaMS) is now hiring a Project Engineer for the Mission Solutions team within SaMS Engineering.
• Mission Solutions is a global team consisting of team members located in Sweden, US and Chile. Mission Solutions provides technical support to the SaMS sales teams for proposal development and project management for contracted services and internal projects.
• The successful candidate is responsible for integration of satellite programs into the SSC Universal Space Network. This support spans tasks from understanding customer requirements, to the integration of a satellite program into the network.

Your responsibilities:
• Work with the proposal and functional leads to develop a technical solution that meets customer requirements
• Assisting in proposal development by analyzing requirements, clearly articulating the technical solution, developing a project plan, cost estimates, and identifying cost drivers, risks and required investments
You have/are:
• Strong systems engineering experience including requirements development, system design, integration and test
• Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communications skills coupled with a strong work ethic; ability to work autonomously in a dynamic work environment
• A bachelor's degree or corresponding experience in Electrical Engineering or related technical field is required
• Two years working as an engineer in a technical / development setting is desired
• Experience in project management a plus
• Familiarity with ground station equipment and protocols in satellite communication a plus
• The successful candidate will work out of SSC's offices in Sweden. EU citizenship with an approved working permit is required to work at the Swedish offices.
