A whole new team is about to form at Unilever. Do you have what it takes to be a part of it?
We are looking for four Project Coordinators to the Nordic marketing team to support Project Leaders within our segments Personal Care, Ice Cream, Home Care and Foods. You will be located at our office in Solna Business Park.
As the Project Coordinator for each above mentioned segment, you will be the single point of contact for information and be responsible for timelines, keeping the data systems updated, keeping track of ordered materials, run project kick-offs and run meetings. All-in-all, making sure the projects are running according to schedule.
As the Project Coordinator, you are responsible for back office administration. You will be trained to back fill for each other since each segment has it's highs and lows when it comes to workloads.
Who are you?
You need to be fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages; Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian. You have working experience in SAP and you are an advanced Excel user. Preferable you have been working within FMCG.
Furthermore, you need to be service minded, flexible and have a great sense of discipline when it comes to time management and accuracy. You enjoy working in administration and with processes. You have experience from working in a complex matrix organization and you don't sit around waiting for things to happen. You make sure they do!
