Now, we are looking for a new team member to join!
ABOUT THE ROLE
Initially, you will be joining one of Tele2's core projects as Tele2 implements a new System including Incident, Problem, Change, Case Management, Field Service, CMDB etc
This project, called Yoda, is a large-scale Service Now implementation, and is planned to end during 2024.
In the project, your role will be as a sub-project manager/coordinator for Acceptance Test and Training.
After the project has ended, you will be a member of the Service Now CMDB (Configuration Management Database) team. Since this is a small team you will act as a Requirement analyst, Test coordinator, and more.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
• Background as project manager
• Experience from working with Jira is a merit
• Experience from working with CMDB is a merit
• Experience in Requirement analysis and Testing is a merit
• As a person you are a structured team player
• Communicative, both with individuals but also larger groups

As a part of a core project team, and later CMDB team, you will be joining an open and inclusive team with a high level of independence, responsible for maintaining and developing a core system at Tele2.
