We are looking for a Project Controller.
• Establishing and maintaining on a weekly basis a planned vs actuals reporting of all activities on PoC.
• Doing reports out of SAP and being able to explain them towards us and senior management
• Printing all cost reports and distributing to management
• Clarification with accounting in case of wrong debits
• Creating of reports out of SAP (Excel downloads) for Project Management Team and senior line management
• Current controlling of costcenter for the project (monthly checking of all cost entries)
• Clarify with accounting on doubtfull entries
• Supporting line controller to prepare, complete and submit a monthly invoice to SAG Erlangen, supported by sufficient reports (time, names, money) as stated above
• Being the interface between project and SIT finance
• Participating in PM Lead team budget meetings
Addt'l tasks in the medium future
• Support and manage project tax (skatteverket) issues
• Align with SAG and SAB to establish proper consolidated project report on global level
Skills and Experience:
Several years of experience of project or financial control;
Highly proficient in modern planning and project control tools, office automation software and databases, such as MS office including Excel;
Experience with SAP;
Excellent planning and organisation skills and attention to detail;
Good communication skills;
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team within the boundaries of assigned tasks and a stringent schedule;
Initiative and motivation to perform to high standards in a demanding environment;
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the outside world;
Fluent in English; knowledge of German is an asset;
Business travelling may be required pending project requirements
Duration: until end of 2011 with possible prolonging
