hela Sverige In this role you will act as the co-pilot to the project managers and be the project team's expert in questions concerning commercial and financial matters. The main focus for the project controller is to ensure delivering the financial targets in each project as well as analyzing risks and opportunities - all done in close collaboration with the project managers and project teams. In addition to this the project controller is responsible for managing currency risks, payment securities and bank guarantees.
Major responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Monthly closing, forecast and budgetary input
• Follow up on actuals vs forecasts with gap analysis
• Risk and opportunity management together with the project manager
• Active participation in project reviews and team meetings
• Continuously develop Project Controlling processes within the unit
We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated and proactive project controller. To thrive in this position we see that you have excellent communication- and analytical skills and an ability for managing a broad range of simultaneous tasks. As a person you are organized, independent and a collaborative team player.
Requirements:
• You have a bachelor's degree in Economics or alternatively several years' experience from working in a similar position
• You have experience from working within a project business
• You have experience from working with SAP or similar ERP system
• You have a good knowledge of Excel and the entire Office package
• Fluent in Swedish and English - written and spoken alike
The position is based in Västerås, Sweden.
