FOSS has since 2012 strategically focused NIR Technologies to the Höganäs site were both Production and R&D is managed. We are now looking for a Project Assistant to the R&D team.
The Job
FOSS has a vacant position for an experienced Project assistant/illustrator in Höganäs. The selected candidate will support the project work in developing our future analytical instruments. In order to secure top Quality of our products and stay in the lead we must have a clear focus on the documentation of the whole system from the very start to the final ramp-up in production. You will be working in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with partners from different departments. The job will be very free and we greatly encourage own initiatives and drive.
Qualifications
• 2 or more years of working with SAP
• You are an experienced project assistant or equal
• Skilled with MS Office, in particular Excel
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor, SAP-PLM, QC & Corel Draw is a plus
• Experience regarding work with Bill of Materials, coordination with Production Unit and ECM release in Product Development is a clear advantage
• Result oriented - enjoys getting things done!
• Good at cross-functional cooperation - you are a team player
• Good knowledge in English, but also good understanding of either Swedish or Danish would be an advantage
