hela Sverige The primary purpose of the Project Assistant is to perform administrative support to the TCMS Organization in Vasteras such as travel planning/support, Baan registrations, Pd.M. Metaphase registration approvals and Serena Dimensions registrations
IN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL:
• Provide general support / project support on preparation of Baan reports, registration of Product Development Projects in Baan, Serena Dimensions registration, Pd.M. metaphase registration approvals
• Take part on the Business improvement initiatives such as participation in make-over initiatives
• Ensure flawless communication within internal organization
• Support a global management team in meeting preparations, minutes, and arranging logistics around workshops and customer visits
• Assist the Manager on Travel Planning, Travel Pre-approvals, Creation of Travel Expenses reports, Creation of registrations
• Administrative Education
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Experience from different development methodologies
• Experience in writing technical documentation
• Proven knowledge on MS Project, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Experience with Baan, Metaphase, Serena Dimensions valuable.
• Very good experience to communicate on different levels with teams, management, customer, partners etc.
• English business fluent is mandatory for this role; Swedish knowledge is considered an advantage
