We have strong focus on customer involvement and service, and are seeking likeminded candidates.
At Katarina ZM Service HB, you will work with project teams to design and prepare plans and specifications for construction and/or alteration of buildings. We have an ongoing project with a Client in Finland, close to the Russian border and are seeking a Project Architect to lead the team.
Primary responsibilities for this position will include:
Leading team in coordination of drawings and successful production of all deliverables within Client's timeline
Code research and compliance, quality review of documentation
Day to day project production and interaction with consultants
Internal coordination of team members and tasks
Time utilization of team staff in coordination with Project Manager
The successful candidate must excel at functioning in a fast-paced environment, be able work on multiple projects simultaneously, and possess strong organizational skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
5-8 years of experience with multi-family residential projects (Finland and northwest Russia preferred)
Must possess strong technical skills and abilities
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of New York State building codes and zoning regulations
One of the stongest requirements is language skills. Sinse the Project is being inplemented for both Russian and Finish client, it 's required for the position to be fluent in Russian, English and Swedish in order to be able to achieve perfect communication within the team.
