Your role
Saab is using the project tool Antura for project planning, resource allocation and cost follow-up. Engineering within BU Radar Solutions has now an open position within our organization - Project Administrator Antura. As Project Administrator Antura, you will be our expert in the project and resource planning tool, Antura. You will administrate user access control, govern the master data, act as first line support and represent Radar Solution in Saab Antura forum. Together with other Antura administrators and experts you will prepare, perform and execute Antura training events for project managers within Engineering in order to maintain a high Antura knowhow within Radar Solutions.
Your profile
We believe you have previous experience from cost- and resource planning tools as project administrator or system administrator. You have a project management understanding combined with a problem-solving skills and service mindset. You have good communication skills and are able to cooperate with both project managers, line-management and other stakeholders in the organization.
Experience from planning, preparing and performing training events are meritorious.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

You will be a part of Method & Tools team within Project Management Office.
The Project Management Office within Engineering runs technology-related projects and is responsible for methods and tools used within project execution. We work with all product units within Radar Solutions and have a passion for leadership, product development and project management. We are the bridge between development and customer projects and are responsible for the chain from cost estimation to fully developed product. We are currently 45 people employed in Gothenburg.
Business Unit Radar Solutions is a business unit within Surveillance and has around 2000 employees globally; Sweden, USA, Abu Dhabi and UK. Radar Solutions provides airborne, ground-based and naval radar solutions. The business unit has a strong presence in the global defence and security markets, a close relationship with customers and rewarding international collaborations.
