Then you are the person we are looking for at the System Automation Environment group. We are responsible for developing and maintaining rig systems for complete vehicle, either with the control unit hardware (HIL environment) or with a simulation (SIL environment). These rigs are used for software tests on a complete vehicle level, and they are essential for our embedded software developers. In order for the test environment to be suitable for the tests, we have developed tool chains for test automation and results analysis.
Your duties
In order to be able to test early in the development phase and to be able to run tests automatically in a larger scale we need a SIL-environment. In this environment the mechatronic hardware for the systems are simulated. Your task is to develop and maintain this platform for the complete vehicle level and make the platform easy to use for the testers. The SIL-environment needs to support the functional growth taking place in all our development projects.
As a programmer of our simulation platform you will gain a broad understanding of most of Scania's vehicles systems and functions. You will also work cross functional and get a broad network.

Your profile
You are a person with good communication skills who likes to drive things forward together with others.
You are a graduate engineer with experience of programming. You will preferably have experience of Python, C#, JavaScript, CSS and HTML or equivalent. Experience of working on automated test systems, SIL or other types of simulation environments is an advantage
A requirement is a class B driving licence.
