• Drive IA projects in the frontloading phase
• In cooperation with Product Lines, Marketing & R&D develop and maintain the IA process leading up to Development start
• Act as project manager for selected IA projects in the front loading phase
• Coach project managers working on projects in the pre-DS phase
• Exceptional communication skills
• English
• Strong analytical skills
• Understanding of modern trade
• Capability to work independently in a global organization and be extremely organized and detail oriented
• At least 5 years' experience in Project management roles
• Strong coaching skills including management of cross cultural teams
• Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, Finance or Marketing or adjacent fields
