In Karlskrona we currently have two long term programs: Digital Media Creative and Motion Designer and will start two new programs in August: UX Designer and Business Developer with focus on digital transformation.
Job Description
As Program Manager for our new UX Designer program you are leading the operational and administrative process for thislong term programs. You are responsible to design and facilitate the student's learning journey throughout the 2 years they are enrolled. In your role you will collaborate with a team of 6 program managers.
As Program Manager you are a thought leader, innovator, motivator, creator, organiser and strategist.

Responsibilities & tasks
• Plan and lead the program development process.
• Facilitate, plan and organise the learning journey for the students of the assigned class.
• Continuously innovate the program.
• Project planning, execution and follow up of assigned learning concepts.
• Actively grow and maintain the professional network consisting of speakers, trainers and leaders from the creative industry.
• Take an active role in the Sweden Programs Team and collaborate with the other Program Managers in various projects such as Cross Program workshops.
• Continuous work with budget, forecast and cost control.
• Prepare for, perform, document and follow up on quality assurance activities. Participate in the process of applying and re-applying for new and current programs.
Requirements:
• A creative mindset.
• Having a fearless attitude towards digital technology. A "maker mindset".
• A genuine interest in digital/tech, design, exponential technologies and innovation processes.
• Experience in project management and leadership.
• A genuine interest in education and individual development.
• A genuine interest in and basic knowledge about UX-design.
• High communication skills.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• Experience with educational leadership, coaching, operational management or equivalent is a plus.
Terms: Full time
Start:
March 1st 2019 or as soon as possible.
