Excellent, as we are now looking for a creative, energetic, program manager to lead our Cloud Infrastructure program within PDU Cloud RAN. We are adopting a start-up mentality to deliver our product with a better customer experience and increased organizational efficiency. PDU Cloud RAN is a new organization leading the acceleration and creation of a cloud-native Radio Access Network (RAN) product offering with commercial engagements starting during 2020.
As a leader for Hyperscaler Deployment program you will be responsible for developing the Ericsson Cloud RAN product to support the use of hyperscaler platforms as well as collaborating with the relevant hyperscaler companies to secure support for the Ericsson solution. Through hands-on leadership with developers and lab staff, you will be critical in securing that we can attain the most possible market value for a hyperscale-based solution as well as being at the forefront of our cloud development.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring we the plan and execution of the work to adapt the Ericsson solution, together with developers from the different product areas
Ensuring we the Ericsson solutions are supported by the hyperscalers offerings
Ensuring that the Ericsson solution leverages on the possibilities with hyperscalers and cloud-native solutions
Collaborating with product line regarding the product and solution evolution and roadmap
You will be expected to work closely with the other projects in Exilis to ensure that the entire PDU Cloud RAN program works towards common goals.

Have the relevant technical knowledge to lead the development and build trust to drive it in a good direction.
Have a passion for identifying new ways of working (Lean, Agile & Beyond), organizing, and driving R&D efficiency.
Look for ways to do things differently, but not forgetting the strength of Ericsson. You drive and embrace innovation and change with a collaborative mindset.
Knowledge about cloud-native development and a proven ability to interact with multiple interfaces and stakeholders
Minimum criteria that will be used to qualify applicants:
Education: Degree / post-graduate degree in computer science or engineering degree with a minimum of 10 years of software development practice in a product development unit
Domain experience: Software engineering practices/ RAN knowledge, operation and maintenance, and / technology evaluations
Process experience: 5 years in a product development unit working with lean & agile
Coaching & Mentoring skills: 2 years' experience
