The Program Manager directs all activity in the planning, development, implementation, monitoring, and supervision of Nouryon transformation projects that span across business and functions, according to timeline and budget.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for end-to-end management of projects. That is, managing projects through concept, requirements, project planning, development, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Coordinates and prioritizes resources across projects, managing links between the projects as well as the overall costs and risks.
Leverage data analytics and master data trends to support the business transformation goals and with the intention of improving the organization's performance.
Prioritize and proactively resolve project related issues on a fast-paced, aggressively scheduled projects; provide accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle.

Key Activities:
Apply critical-thinking and problem solving-skills for identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues.
Collaborate with cross-function teams such IM, Finance etc., and business leaders to drive alignment on the project plan and timely completion of all tasks.
Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress. Show effective decision-making and prioritization, as well as show leadership and oversight for issue resolution.
Drive change management, overall project control, and team/stakeholder participation by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches
Oversee the work of program or project team to ensure that work is completed on time or in accordance with established standards or specifications.
Leading and driving work with cross-functional teams to achieve M&A deliverables across all phases of the M&A lifecycle including market research, due-diligence analysis, pre-close, integration and post-merger integration handover process.
Data management: ability to translate unstructured information into structured information; apply the use of predictive analytics or certain other advanced data analytics methods that extract value from data.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Economics, Master's Degree preferred
Proficient in MS Office Tools
Knowledge of Project Management Tools
Knowledge of Project Management best practices and standards (e.g. IPA)
Position requires between 25-50% travel
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and manage large, high-profile projects with the ability to influence others beyond one's span of control.
Experience in leading one or more work streams in a business transformation, experience in integration planning and divestures a plus.
Ability to analyze and organize large data themes, complete multiple tasks simultaneously with close attention to detail and prioritization to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage a complex group of stakeholders, provide transparency regarding project issues and decisions on services.

Experience in working with cross-functional teams, knowledge of finance and accounting, supply chain and operations, marketing optimization and knowledge management and transfer.

Additional information
This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Project Manager Logistics and based in Stenungsund or Gothenburg, Sweden.
