Program Manager
Lynk & Co is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Program of Change for Lynk & Co core digital capabilities with initial focus on the Customer Experience Platform.
As Program Manager you will be overall responsible for managing global implementation of Lynk & Co portfolio of digital capabilities. Initial focus will be to lead the program of change for the Customer Experience Platform, including but not limited to responsibility for Strategic & Business Alignment, Business Requirements Management, Program Office & Project Portfolio Management, Change Management and Business Value Management.
As Program Manager for the Customer Experience Platform you are given the opportunity to lead a team of passionate Lynk & Co:ers implementing the global commercial digital platform enabling customers to explore, configure, buy and own Lynk & Co cars and services. You are given the opportunity to be the hero for enabling customers to experience mobility and hassle free car ownership in a complete new way.
You will report to the Global Director of Business Technology Lynk & Co. You are a team player who thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing, co:spirit environment.
The position is mainly based in Gothenburg Sweden at Lynk & Co HQ. The position includes global responsibility.

Profile and Background
- Passion for coordinated, fast paced, continuous improvements at global scale, with the customer always at the center.
- Ability to inspire actions - to challenge and foster creativity and innovation as well as driving continuous improvements.
- Driven problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities
- Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
- Excellent communication skills.
- Cultural awareness, global/international experience
- Fluency in English - both oral and written
- Ability to travel
- Extensive experience as Program Manager for complex global Programs of Change.
