The Seco Project Management Offices main task is to deliver Business Change projects that build the Seco brand and deliver business value to Seco.

You will be part of a team with 11 co-workers where you, as Program Manager, will use your competence and experience to improve how we are working with Business Change at Seco Tools. Key performance areas
As a Program Manager for Manage Products and Services/Design Engineering (MPS/DE) you will be responsible for the planning and execution of the Business Change program for MPS/DE under which all the individual projects are executed. From time to time you will lead individual projects as well. In your role you will be responsible for managing a team of project leaders and making sure that they are in line with initiatives in other programs and projects.

The Program Manager manages the trajectory and the delivery of international and strategic projects with the aim of building the Seco brand and supporting One Sandvik. Projects can be related to any area of the companys operations, and project resources will in most cases be cross process and cross border. Your task will be to manage all aspects of the program, and you will also coach other, less experienced, project leaders in their roles.

We are a strong, supportive team and cooperation with other project leaders and program managers is crucial.

Some traveling may be required.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in a relevant field and experience from senior project and program management. Experience from a line management position, virtual work and communication is advantageous. Good communication skills in English, both in writing and in speaking, are a prerequisite for this role.
