Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Program Manager to join our passionate team in Stockholm.In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.The Program Manager will be in charge of architecting and delivering the Manufacturing Operations Management systems used throughout all Northvolt factories. As leader of the unit you will have the opportunity to build a competent and dependable team from scratch, capable to scale Northvolt's operations in Sweden and beyond.Specifically, you have a deep understanding of working within Manufacturing Operations Management which includes systems covering Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Inventory operations.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Collaborating with business owners to gather business needs and deliver a Manufacturing Operations Management system from the ground upLeading the project for MES-ERP integration, automation and etc. This includes milestone planning, budgeting, risk management and external vendor managementManaging the MES team to support manufacturing planning, execution, quality assurance, and reportingPartnering closely with IT Infrastructure team to ensure the smooth delivery of incident support and troubleshooting of factory system applicationsEducation/Experience+5 years of experience in the Manufacturing domain (functional or technical)Industry experience is a plus (Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Food& Beverages, etc.)Functional knowledge in min. 2 of the following areas: Product Data Management, Shop Floor Control, Material Planning (MRP), Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP), Manufacturing Accounting, Incoming Inspection and Materials Management, Inventory Management and Product QualityProven success in contributing to a team-oriented, multicultural environmentProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentBachelor of Engineering or equivalent exposure to the IT industrySpecific Skills/AbilitiesTechnical/ Functional experience in MES tools (preferred: ABB, Siemens, Dynamics or Dassault) or other Manufacturing related software is an advantageKnowledge of ISA-95 is considered an advantagePrevious project experience involving Design, Development, Configuration, Implementation for different manufacturing industries is considered a plusExperience in MES-ERP Integration is considered an advantageBasic database knowledge (SQL, Oracle, etc)Good analytical & troubleshooting skillsGood communication - both written and verbalFluency in EnglishThe person we are looking for is strongly goal oriented, curious and eager to learn.
