We are looking for an experienced professional to be responsible for the roll out and further development of a Global Competence Management System within the Atlas Copco Group. The Competence System project started in 2009 as a project with the mission to deliver a defined competence management process for the whole Group. This project is finalized and the next step is to roll out the system, starting with US and China. As Global Program Manager you will work in close cooperation with divisional HR Managers, process councils, local works teams and other stakeholders and coordinate the development of the competence management system. This role includes direct management responsibility for some people.
We believe that you have experience and a strong track record from successfully managing implementation projects and application development, preferably from a Competence Management platform. You have project management experience and experience from leading multi-cultural team in a customer centre environment. You have good communication and collaboration skills, are result oriented and have the ability to work independently and to be proactive. Fluency in English, spoken and written is a must. Other languages are an asset.
International travelling is required. The position is located in either Stockholm Sweden or Antwerp Belgium. You will report to the Global ASAP HR Services Manager.
