In last couple of years we have seen a significant growth in headcount Europe and UK regions primarily driven by our organizations efforts to drive localization and diversity initiative. With increased headcount growth it was imperative to drive higher levels of employee engagement to ensure low attrition levels in the geography and region where we were driving growth.
Responsibilities include: . To establish relationships across the CIO organization, business areas and suppliers in order to deliver successful engagement experience to customers who have entrusted their large IT engagements to Wipro. . To deliver contractual obligations under a Total Outsourcing engagement end to end with customer delight during pre-sales, Transition & Sustenance . To build & deliver complete program including Delivery Capability in Europe and Nordic as part of this Delivery to customers based in Nordics and other countries in Europe. Services are to be delivered in IT infrastructure outsourcing and offshoring space. . To ensure profitability in the engagement in terms of Operating Margin improvement . Review and drive financial objectives such as Gross margin, productivity, YOY growth and payment collection . Leading Programs for several strategic accounts in Europe. . Handle a large team of 200+ members from various nationalities and regions seamlessly . Driving teams through structured data and matrix including contract management . Interface with Senior management of Wipro and drive actions identified from time to time . Drive the steering committee reviews to ensure program governance objectives Work closely with other vendors in customer environment especially from Application development background seamlessly.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: Technical Skills . It is mandatory to have remote infrastructure services experience - IT infrastructure services experience in the outsourcing and offshoring sector. . Strong project and program management experience coupled with an Engineering degree is a must. . Large Client Engagement (+$20Mn exposure of relevant skill tower) . Managed Services, Automation and tools . Client Technical Advisory experience . Preferably Engineering/Business Administration Degree with 16+ years in IT . Extensive and rich experience of Project Management experience . IT Infrastructure domain knowledge is a must . Extensive and rich experience working within an Onsite-Offshore IT infrastructure delivery model . Experience in managing large and complex "Business As Usual" operations to deliver business benefit - Should have had experience in running Operations . Ensure timely closure of all contract issues raised by the customer - Adherence to contract changes management in a structured way . Review and drive mitigation plan for all the program level risks identified during presales, transition and sustenance . Should have sound financial management experience to drive revenue and profit growth
