hela Sverige We are looking for an additional technical member for our Professional Services team in Gothenburg. For the right person this is an inspiring and challenging role, working alongside with a high achieving sales team and ambitious clients.
Your role:
You will mainly be working with technical consultation, training and implementation with the purpose of giving our clients the best possible onboarding and development within APSIS tools. You will be responsible for producing and performing tailored training sessions, translate customer needs into technical solutions and not the least inspire our clients to develop even further.
Skills and passion:
You are an ideal candidate if you have experience with software training, technical communication platforms, and are passionate about digital communication. You love customer interaction and thrive from solving customer challenges. You are ready for sudden shifts in focus, work assignments and don't fear untried grounds. You are humble and dedicated towards your tasks and skills, and show integrity and a strong ownership towards your team and clients. You are well disciplined, self-going and structured.
Other skills:
• Digital marketing, software training and/or consultation or similar background, with at least 2 years of working experience - preferably from a software/marketing/CRM business/Education.
• You are proactive, creative and positive as well as a natural team player.
• You are excellent in time management - on short and long term assignments
• You are structured and efficient in the daily tasks, and openly communicating with colleges for a smooth daily operation.
• APSIS different modules are technical tools and we believe you to have an overall technical interest and understanding of data interaction.
• We expect you to be fluent in Swedish (written and spoken) and have good communication skills in English. Other languages is a plus since our clients are found all over the world.
• High attention to detail, project management and prioritization
