Production leader
About the role
The production leader has the overall responsibility for the production in Sweden. In consultation with the Head of manufacturing, placed in Poland, the production leader will lead and coach the production team to deliver KPIs (Health & Safety, Quality & Environment, Productivity, Delivery performance, Scrap, Material) and drive continuous improvement through Lean and Setrab's Production System.
Your duties will include:
Manage and support the production staff (25 persons) and ensure that they are adequately trained in all operational processes.
Ensure all production processes are up to date and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Participate in the production planning for the coming 1-8 weeks.
Participate in cross functional teams to improve process stability and ensure timely SOPs and smooth production ramp-ups of new projects.

Qualifications
Technical degree or training or equivalent competence acquired in another way.
At least 3 years of experience leading teams in manufacturing industry, automotive industry is an advantage.
Solid experience with Lean manufacturing methodology and tools.
Good knowledge of IATF 16969/ISO9001 procedures and requirements.
Good knowledge of problem-solving methods.
Good knowledge and understanding of ERP-system.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively, build team consensus and influence others.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
