As a Production Supervisor you are responsible for the internal warehouse handling and you will be managing Production Workers who are working both daytime and continuous shift. You will lead and drive the development and continuous improvements of your department together with your personnel. The position is responsible for the chemical storage and for the handling of flammable goods.
Your key accountabilities are
• Ensure that the material flow to and from the catheter production functions without interruptions
• Managing your team which includes ensuring the correct staffing, that the staff is correctly trained and have individual goals
• Ensuring that the chemical storage and the handling of flammable goods are according to relevant laws and policies
• Drive the department development in alignment with the overall development in the Production organization
• Follow up of goals and targets

We believe you have
• experience as a manager with proven leadership skills
• ability to develop and motivate teams
• experience from warehouse operations or production
• knowledge of lean production and continuous improvement
• communication skills, in English as well as Swedish
