hela Sverige Power Transformers is a business line within Hitachi Energy that manufactures power transformers, reactors and transformer components including bushings and tap changers. The unit also supplies electrical insulation materials, fiber composite materials, machined and welded components.
We are looking for a production supervisor to Power Transformers. Do you want an inspiring job, with the opportunity to take responsibility, take on new challenges, have great influence and develop in a leadership role - this could be a position for you!
Your Responsibilities:
You will be part of Power Transformers production unit and have responsibility for the work environment and workflow of about 20 people, within the department for surface treatment.
Your important mission will be to enable your employees to grow and develop with safe and agile leadership.
You share Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means you take responsibility for your own actions while feeling responsible for your colleagues and business.
You will also be responsible for running the department's improvement work and activities.
You will ensure the right capacity and competence for your production area to meet set deadlines and goals.
In addition to the work you do with your employees, you will have many contacts within the company, but also with other units within Hitachi Energy, as well as with suppliers and customers.
Requirements:
To be successful in this position you have leadership experience as a manager or had the opportunity to lead others in projects.
You are a driven person with technical education or equivalent work experience who has a good understanding of production flows.
As a leader you are communicative, responsive and have the ability to motivate others.
You have leadership qualities and the ability to create a common vision and the willingness to build a successful team.
You also have quality- and result focus and believe that collaboration is the key to success.
As you will work both locally and in an international environment, good knowledge in English is required, as well as good knowledge in Swedish.
