It's all about progress.We are currently looking to recruit a Production Manager FMS for our site in Luleå, SwedenAbout the role:The Production Manager FMS must, through clear and precise planning, create the conditions necessary for production (from the planning point of view) to achieve the stated accessibility objectives, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform maintenance schedules on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for all automotive workshop and engineering. Plan maintenance based on contractual conditions with internal and external partners. Provide production managers/team leaders with current work orders for future shifts. Monitor vehicle maintenance status in maintenance systems, proprietary and operator (Maximo and external UH systems) and maintain the right status, including high-value components. Support production with reporting in BT's internal systems. Maintain constant contact with operator traffic management / planning regarding vehicle planning and maintenance including customer and partners.Create a plan for action programs with Fleet Check systems. Inform and collaborate with other Divisions and own operations to carry out work such as shifting, reset, wheel turning, warranty work, inspections. Inform, collaborate and plan external companies that are necessary for maintenance. Stay up to date regarding changes in instructions and regulations. (eg F / M, SJF / SJM, UH documentation, etc.). Participate in planning meetings internally and externally (engineering and customers/partners). Actively participate in the development of risk analyzes and ensure implementation and application in the area of responsibility. Actively pursue continuous improvement and efficiency of production within its area of responsibility and increase the quality of our customers. Ensure that there is an order within its area of responsibility.As the Planner, you will be responsible for the above tasks being performed on a rational basisand effective manner. Planners shall further ensure that the company's quality, environmental and Security monitoring is implemented at work and maintained.Take the necessary contacts with employees within the organization including Service technician, Operations Manager, Quality Coordinator and others. Remove vehicles or stop deliveries if quality or road safety requirements are not met incl. unclear documentation.Decide which vehicles to be serviced and what maintenance should be performed. Decide overtime or shifted working hours in consultation with production manager or deputy manager.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanic, Logistics or Planning is preferred- Strong experience in the field. Production planning and work shop floor control experience in computer maintenance systems. FORD (maintenance system for trains) is preferred- Ability to effectively coordinate internal and external partners;- Excellent leadership skills;- Good negotiation and communication skills;- Problem solving;- Fluency in English and Swedish, other languages are considered a plus.Why Work for us?Everywhere we operate, we reward effort and initiative.
