Production Leader
Location: Mullsjo, SE, S-565 33
Country/Region: SE
Kongsberg Automotive, and the business segment Powertrain & Chassis (P&C), is a major supplier of powertrain systems and chassis related products for commercial and light duty vehicles. An opportunity as Production Leader within the plastic process has now arisen within our plant in Mullsjö, Sweden. As a Production Leader you will be responsible of approx. 65 employees and report to Production Manager.
Main responsibilites
The Production Leader has the operative responsibility for a production area and will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• The results and KPI's within the assigned production area
• To act on the outcome towards set goals and maintain action plan in case of deviation
• People management, performance development and coaching of your team
• Continuously working with improvements within established limits
• Ensure that compliance with relative sales are observed
• Comply with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001
Candidate profile
We are looking for you with a High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3+ years of experience as a leader within the Automotive industry. As a person, you demonstrate leadership skills as you develop and motivate others to strive for common goals, which helps you plan and organize your work. You have an eye for problem solving and take initiative for potential improvements in the daily operation. You are fluent in both English and Swedish, verbal and written.
