We are currently looking for a Production Lead to join our Sales and Marketing Systems team based at our HQ in Lund, Sweden.
Who is your future team?
You will belong to a team called SalesForce Tools. The team is responsible for some our most critical systems supporting our Sales and Marketing departments around the world. Today, the team consists of architects, administrators, backend/frontend developers and QA, all contributing with their respective unique skills. The majority of the team is located at our head office in Lund, but we also have team members remotely from, among others, France and the United States. Within the team, we have a good collaboration where we support each other through thick and thin.
What you'll do here as Production Lead?
As a production lead, you are responsible for the flow of tasks, all the way from start to release into production. Your main tools in this are good and continuous communication with the team and with stakeholders around the organization, as well as careful planning. You coach and support your team members and strive for a learning atmosphere in the team. You thrive in and are used to leading agile teams in a development environment.
You will, among other things:
* Keep track of the backlog and make sure everything runs smoothly
* Resolve problems that arise
* Facilitate meetings and communicate to stakeholders
In this role, you will have contact with many different people in the business, therefore it is of great importance that you are a good communicator who has the ability to explain the complex in a simple way. You are used to gathering requirements and needs from the organization and compiling these into concrete and realistic goals.

We believe that you have experience from a similar role and want to continue to develop. You have probably worked in agile teams for a number of years and feel like now's the time to take the step upp
In order to succeed in this role, you will have to be:
* Structured in the way you work - You will need to keep track of many things at the same time
* Able to balance the team's need for focus and the business's need for delivery
* Genuinely interested in understanding how our end users work and what makes a company as Axis tick
* Meritorious if you have worked with different types of agile methodologies e.g. KANBAN, SCRUM, project manager
* Responsive and driven as a person
Furthermore, we think that you have experience in organizing/leading meetings and other activities, and that you have worked with different types of agile methodologies e.g. Kanban, scrum. You are good at communicating as the role involves communicating with other parts of the business about the team's success and progress. You support your team to get the best possible results.
As our stakeholders are located all around the world, it is important that you fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
