We are looking for a Production Engineer in our Production department.
You are going to work with our team members. As a Production Engineer, you and your colleagues will drive the commercial success of our products, as a production engineer you will develop a special responsibility within any material & design area. You need to have the skills in the development of our products from the present stage to the better level of designs. Your work will require teamwork and project management skills to bring, Sales & Marketing colleagues together to work with purpose and urgency. This includes initiating new concepts, defining product requirements that drive development projects, launching new products, reduce the time and material wastage and improve the production. This position is located in Laholm.

You have a broad technical knowledge and ability to put yourself in the customers varied and complex situations. You also have a commercial understanding of the customer and the business.
• University/Master's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering or equivalent.
• Leadership skills and with a "Make it happen" mindset for the difficult tasks.
• Previous experience and knowledge in project management or production engineering is a strong merit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner
• Excellent organizational skills, including good interpersonal skills, flexibility and the ability to successfully work with internal and external customers and stakeholders
• English both written and spoken and preferably also Swedish and additional languages are meritorious.
• Driving license B is preferable.
