Sealing and Creasing is an Internal Tetra Pak supplier within DSO CE, Supplying critical parts for Sealing and Creasing area. We are now looking for a new Production Engineer within the Technology team.
In this role as Production Engineer you will be an important player, leading the improvement work
and securing new product introductions as well supporting / securing daily production of sealing components for filling machines.
You will be part of a team of 5 Production Engineers and 1 Mechanical designer.

Main responsibilities
• Validation of products
• Maintain and improve the manufacturing processes
• Drive improvements activities
• Drive new product introduction process & investment projects
• Investigate/analyze new manufacturing techniques
• Drive quality issues
• Technical production support
Qualifications
To be successful in the position as a Production Engineer you need to have minimum 2-years background as a Production Engineer or similar. You have previous experience in Injection Molding from a manufacturing industry and a good comprehension in the process.
You have a Technical education (Bachelor degree or similar) and a strong interest in driving and leading development projects and improvement activities. Experience from WCM, LEAN or similar is an advantage.
As a person, you are structured and analytic with a high-quality mindset. You are result driven with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. You like to work in teams as well by your own. You have excellent communication skills, in English as well as Swedish, and the ability to engage and develop others.
