The production and supply team of Välinge is in charge of the daily production, a production that supports internal development projects as well as licensees. The production is divided into five areas, powder production, press line, profiling, logistics and maintenance.
All areas are supported by a production engineer, who supports and develops the production process from a technical point of view.
Our first licensees of a Powder technology are right now in the implementation process and we are at the same time rebuilding and increasing the capacity on our own press line.
Tasks:
• You will most likely become a sub project manager during the rebuild phase with responsibility of machinery, material handling equipment and process control system.
• You will eventually have the overall technical responsibility of the new press line and your task is to ensure that the line runs with a good availability while maintaining high end quality.
• By establishing routines and way of working with best practice, quality control, instructions and overall equipment efficiency you will be a key player in establishing continues improvements.
• You will become our technical expert in some fields and will in these fields take part in customer meetings as well as the installation and implementation at the customer.
• You will formally report to Director of Production and Supply but the majority of the time be a member of the industrialization project.
Skills:
• You have a thorough and genuine interest of production and technical understanding.
• You are a fast learner and you are able to balance the work from small detailed tasks to complex technology in an international environment.
• You are analytic and structured, preferably blended with innovative thinking.
• You like to work with people and to ensure that the complete organisation work according to best practice.
• You have a Lean Production mind in all that you do in production.
• We are searching for both young energetic engineers who can grow within the organisation and senior people that can take on larger responsibility.
