Dynapac Compaction Equipment AB is a strong company within construction business. We believe that there is always a better way and that service, products and processes need to go hand in hand. In order to speed up process improvement and organizational innovation, we are running multiple continuous improvement projects in parallel.
To safeguard the success of these projects, we are looking for an experienced Production Development Manager who will improve our process on quality, standardization, Lean, costs and processes to ensure that the materials, products and services meet customer expectations.
The mission is also to manage the maintenance and quality teams responsible for the whole plant
You will be based in Karlskrona, Sweden and report to the Production Manager.
Mission
Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
Support organization by assessing manufacturing/technology capabilities and Health, Safety and Environmental risks
Identification and selection of continuous improvement projects, align initiatives and utilize synergies
Enable digital transformation with in production lines/production environment
Strategize, guide and direct maintenance towards World Class Best Practices and preventive maintenance
Knowledge
Significant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably construction
Experience of working in Quality Assurance
Six Sigma/Lean skills
Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere
Focused, target driven with a positive, can-do attitude
Dynamic person with strong development and communication skills, who is pro-active with good interpersonal skills.
Educational requirements
Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree is preferred
Personality requirements
Excellent leadership skills
Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
Very commercially and cost aware
