Drive and support the Financial planning, reporting and analysis of the business. Focus on providing finance business support to the Umea production site in order to drive financial results for the business.
Essential Responsibilities
• Provide monthly /quarterly and yearly reporting as required and provide detailed analytics around business results on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Key player in business partnership - work with operations and other functional stake holders to support business growth.
• Assist in the planning for the site (SII, FC) and in the supply chain operating metrics processes.
• Daily and weekly contact with stake holders in production as required.
• Leveraging the ERP system and related financial systems for operational performance metrics and inventory analysis.
• Take part in and support growth initiative projects from a financial standpoint.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum 6 years financial experience in progressive financial roles.
• Experience with ERP applications/systems such as Oracle, SAP or similar.
• Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to take appropriate action and drive change.
• Strong skills in other financial systems and excel (including pivots, v-lookup etc).
• Clear thinker with an ability to link financial results to operational performance.
• Drive and deliver on growth initiative projects from a financial standpoint.
