Therefore, we are now looking for a Production Controller to join our Finance team in Svedala, Sweden. Job Summary
As a Production Controller, you work on an operational level and your main responsibility is to support the Production Unit and the Supply organization in regard to excellent analysis, proactive reporting, meeting deadlines and setting new, efficient standards and processes. You follow up on KPIs and suggest corrective actions, and proactively reach out to department managers to identify opportunities, as well as risks and operational exposures that could impact the company's P&L. Furthermore, you are a key contributor to the monthly book closing process as well as the quarterly forecasting cycles, and are also responsible for delivering reports and presentations on a monthly basis.
Limited travel is expected in this position.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in Finance or Business Economics, preferably a Master's, and thorough knowledge of finance, business accounting and reporting. It is also advantageous if you have experience from the manufacturing industry and familiarity with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). You are an advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel, and it is a plus if you also know how to use QlikView and M3. As we operate on the global stage, your skills in English must be excellent, both verbally and in writing.
