About the job
Geveko Markings are looking for a strong and talented Production and Maintenance Specialist in a full-time position who will be responsible for the maintenance our production equipment. The role will also have the responsibility to maintain our maintenance IT-system (EQM platform), CE-Markings and make sure of the day-to-day maintenance.
Our new Production and Maintenance Specialist will report directly to the Plant Manager in general but will on EQM and project report to the Group Production and Maintenance Specialist for the Geveko Markings Group, based in Denmark.
Your main workplace will be in our production site in Kristianstad, Sweden, but as an International company you will work with many global colleagues. Travel days will be limited but may occur.
Areas of responsibility
The Production and Maintenance Specialist key areas of responsibly will be as follows:
• Plan and lead proactive maintenance in our production in Sweden.
• Responsible for EQM in Geveko Markings Sweden.
• Risk assessment and CE-Marking of machinery
• Responsible of the maintenance budget
• Responsible for the spare parts Plan and Procurement of spare parts and services
• Manager on projects together with participation in bigger projects on group level.
• Management of investments and optimalization
• Assist the Plant Manager in the day-to-day operations and stand in when the Plant Manager is not in the office.
About you
We imagine that our new Production and Maintenance Specialist comes from a similar position and has several years of experience working in a production engineering department. In addition, we are looking for the following qualities and competencies:
• A vocational education within mechanical engineering maybe followed by a production technology education or similar.
• Technical insight and knowledge of construction, production equipment and energy audits
• Experience with maintenance systems and databases
• Work in a structured and goal-oriented manner
• Has good collaboration skills at all levels in the organization
• Experienced user of Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Speaks English at negotiation level
• Project experience is not a requirement but will be an advantage
