We are now looking for a
Product Technical Specialist - Husqvarna Construction in Gothenburg.
Husqvarna Construction Products, a business area within Husqvarna, is a world leader in machines and diamond tools for the construction and stone industries.
In this position, you will work internationally with all our products within the Product group Concrete Surface Equipment (CSE).
You will be involved in our product's whole life cycle from new development to warranty and aftermarket.
The Product Technical Specialist
• is a key stakeholder in product life cycle forums and product development projects by providing relevant input and executing tasks in projects to secure products and services with high quality and serviceability.
You will have a leading role in providing technical knowledge, within the product group CSE. You will be discussing product quality with Husqvarna service centres and/or customers all over the world. Your knowledge will be an important part of the development of both current and new products.
You will be responsible for the technical maintenance of all products within the product group CSE and you will work closely with the product factories and monitor technical and product quality issues.
You will also
Perform product failure analysis.
Be responsible for all aspects related to the product warranty based on analyzed data from WebWarranty and UpTool.
Support Aftermarket team for the technical service training preparation during the launch of the new products.
Report and analyze product quality.
Have a leading role in initiating, developing and updating technical documentation.
Take an active role in launching new products.
Coordinate and support with Aftermarket on complex technical cases.
Who are you?
You are driven and inspire confidence as well as service-minded. In your work, you will have frequent contact with both colleagues and customers all over the world, which is why it is important that you are an open and communicative person, used to communicate in English. You need to be well-structured and organized to enjoy this positon. We see that you are motivated by developing your area of responsibility and are good at coming up with creative solutions. A solid understanding of the construction equipment industry and our products is meriting.
We see that you have worked several years as a technician or engineer and have a good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Its important that you are comfortable in communicating and holding presentations in English as well as multinational training. If you also have a technical university degree it's a plus. Ability to travel if required is a must.
Location
Gothenburg or Soderkoping, at Construction's office. Within Husqvarna, we apply a hybrid work model.
