hela Sverige As Product Stewardship Specialist within the Responsible Care department you will be part of the Product Stewardship team that supports the organization to manufacture, handle, store and distribute the products according to legal requirements and company values. You will also facilitate or lead improvement projects in the field of expertise as well as be a specialist function supporting the organization in Product Stewardship and related regulations (esp. REACH) and toxicology (incl. risk assessments). You will actively take part of Perstorp's effort to work according to the Global initiative of Responsible Care within Product Stewardship and support the organization's ambitions to be successful in this field.
Examples of responsibilities:
• Manage substance registrations and notifications required for manufacturing and/or placing a product on the market.
• Investigate Perstorp products and substances by managing toxicological studies to retrieve necessary data for assessment.
• Develop and/or contribute to the Product Stewardship processes and standards. Including implementation and follow up by audits. Especially in the field of chemical risk assessment.
• Represent Perstorp in national and international cooperation organizations and trade associations.
• Create and publish Safety Data Sheets and manage related product data administration.
• Develop Hazard Labels and manage related product data administration.
• Develop training material and educate relevant personnel in the organization when needed within the Product Stewardship field.
• Maintain digital and when appropriate physical archive of information relevant for Perstorp products.
• Being back-up for colleagues for any of the mentioned tasks.

Qualifications/Requirements
Education comparable to Master of Science in Toxicology or Chemistry with additional toxicology related training.
Experience of working in industry and/or within authorities.
Experience of risk assessment of chemicals.
Knowledge of Product Stewardship and related regulations.
Meriting if knowledge of Perstorp product's properties and their impact on human health and the environment.
Minimum requirement is speaking, writing and reading fluently in English. Speaking, writing and reading Swedish is not a requirement but is a facilitation factor
Good computer skills.
Good communication skills.
