In this role the successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager and will work
within the Operations team as a Product Specialist & Customer Support agent. The main responsibilities will be;

• Product ingestion (creating digital products)
• Catalogue Management (ensuring we have the correct content for each Publisher)
• Stock management (ensuring we have sufficient key stock for each product)
• Campaign management (ensuring we have sufficient key stock for products on campaign)
• 2nd line support (Responding to Support tickets from our Retailer Partners)
• Liaising with Suppliers / Clients via email, skype & telephone regarding new releases, product related matters and Support related issues.
• General administrative tasks
