We are now searching for a Product Specialist to strengthen our Product Management team within Telia Company.

Job description
As Product Specialist you are able to focus on our IoT solutions that can make an impact in our society. The Product Specialist is a key role in the product portfolio management such as development of new business/products. The Product Specialist is also expected to apply the knowledge gained in creating the solutions by meeting customers and making sure we meet requirements from the market.
You interact with a large number of stakeholders from different areas within Telia Company because you understand that a key success factor is looking at the full picture and have an excellent contact network and cooperative mindset. Close relationships are maintained with all stakeholders. You need to understand the stakeholders local business needs as well as the organization’s long term strategy and find the right balance between the two.
You will be a part of a team with highly skilled colleagues and fast moving targets. Together with your colleagues you are striving towards continuous learning and improvements, support each other and to have fun along the way.
The role includes following responsibilities:
Onboarding new enterprise customers to our dedicated connectivity platform Managing the delivery for new connectivity customers Ensure products and offerings with a good customer experience Understand the IoT strategy and have the end to end view from the product perspective. Ensure product is competitive and cost efficient with a good customer experience Secure and improve quality for products in customer-processes End to end responsible in projects to secure product quality and deliveries Follow-up product quality KPI:s and targets Product specific support and problem solving interface towards internal and external stake holders Full knowledge of entire production and delivery-cycle and in depth knowledge of product functionality Supply and maintain product facts to create offering communication to end-customers (incl product inform in all channels, sales arguments.) Product Performance Create cross-country economies of scale Harmonize and consolidate product portfolio Participate in product development and for example setting up different processes Contribute to customer’s meetings by being the knowledge expert.

Qualifications
A university degree or equivalent experience is required for the position. You have some years of experience from several functional areas such as product management/product specialist in the IT/ICT business. You are fluent in English and preferable Swedish.
