We'd like to think that excellent product support is what sells the next machine, and your most important task is to ensure that this is provided.Our department Global Technical Support WL consists of 8 people responsible for providing technical support and to make sure that the Wheel Loaders fulfill customer expectations with focus on product quality and availability. Position DescriptionWe are now looking for a Product Specialist within Engine Systems.The job primarily involves daily contact with regions and dealers to provide technical support within the Engine and Auxiliaries technical area on Wheel Loaders. You will also play an active role in the quality process and participate in product maintenance teams. Another important part of the job is acting as the key person representing the market/end-customer in New Development Projects. Global Technical Support is the link between design departments and the market.The work is carried out both at the office in Eskilstuna where you remotely work with analyses and support systems but visiting our customers all around the world to investigate and resolve problems is occasional part of the job.Who are you?Your analytic, creative and flexible approach ensures that you succeed in this job. It is important to be service minded, structured and focused on execution. You find it easy to communicate with both internal and external customers. Due to international contacts, fluent English, both verbally and in writing is a must. Additional language knowledge is an added merit.You as a person cooperate easily with other persons but also enjoy working individually
