We are looking for a Product Specialist with responsibility for the Swedish market and the Swedish local stakeholders. You will enroll in the central product team and support the central product manager in making sure that our products fit and is suited for the Swedish market.
What you will be doing:
Be on top of our "product market fit" in Sweden
Making sure that our products have the correct "local touch".
Responsible for product translations in Swedish.
Support the Swedish sales team
Support the Swedish customer care team
Support Professional Service in Sweden
Responsible for Swedish product documentation
Responsible for internal product training
The Simployer Product Managers will be relying on and trusting you to "get" the details of your local market and you will be working closely to make sure our products succeed. In the Swedish office, you will be the "go-to" person on product questions.
We think it's good if you recognize yourself in this description:
Have been working with SaaS products and different aspects of product development or support.
Loves talking to customers and discuss their pains and needs.
Is a problem solver
Can easily understand different software systems and the problems they solve
Is fluent in Swedish and English written and orally.
You have a good hand with software products, find simplicity when possible and can understand the critical details and quirks of a product. Being user centered is second nature to you and your equally at ease working with colleagues remote (often in other countries) as well with your colleagues at the Stockholm Office.
The position is a full-time position in the Stockholm office.

About product management in Simployer
Product & tech in Simployer contains about 70 people in Norway, Sweden and Poland. Product management is a department with 10 people working from Sarpsborg/Oslo and Stockholm. Product Management is highly data driven, and we constantly seek to find data that can support our hypothesis and help us make better product decisions. Product Management is also the "owner" of our broad suite of SaaS products sold in Norway and Sweden.
