As a Product Specialist you will be a part of our Customer Success team. You'll be trained to know everything our product. You will put that knowledge to use in your everyday work. A large part of the role consists of engaging closely with our customers. The tasks will include presale meetings, supporting new clients implement our engine as well as ongoing support for existing clients. You will also work with our engine, configuring it and tweaking it to best serve our customers. Since you will work with customers and our engine, it is important that you have both technical skills and good people skills.
Requirements We want you to be...
• fluent in swedish and english
• autonomous as well as a team player
• able to understand and explain complicated things
• confident meeting, and have good care with, customers
Qualifications We hope you have...
• previously worked with customer facing B2B, e-commerce or Saas (or all)
• experience with Google Analytics and project management

About Loop54
Founded in Stockholm in 2012, Loop54 started life as a search and recommendation related consultancy project for Voddler (the leading Swedish-based video-on-demand platform at the time). Loop54 morphed into a standalone product search engine in 2013, with the company growing and soon becoming cash-flow positive.
In 2015, Loop54 raised $580K in seed funding from Axel Johnson (one of Sweden's leading business groups, employing 19,000 people, and whose investments engage with 1 million customers daily), RECAPEX *(based in Stockholm, previous investments: virtual fitting solution for fashion e-tailers, *Virtusize), together with Swedish government agency, ALMI Invest, and angel investor, Erik Byrenius.
