hela Sverige - Responsible for the annual product registrations report to authorities, specific substances with registration duties, national registrations and permit for products with specific characteristics
• Reports noncompliance and maintains and develops databases containing product regulatory information
• Coordinate regulatory compliance checks and documentation and coordinate, answer and archive internal and external customer questions
• Supports the enhancement of company awareness on regulatory affairs and product safety.
• Requests regulatory information from suppliers, archiving and communicate results from enquiries
• Responsible for export notification concerning specific substances contained in products on EU level
• Responsible for the Regulatory Regional mailbox where internal and external customers send their requests. Answering incoming questions in a timely manner.
• Minimum of bachelor degree in chemistry, life science or information management, preferably master degree in any of the education's as above stated.
• Basic knowledge of chemical regulations
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken, additional language is considered a merit) and good communication skills in Swedish.
• Knowledge and understanding of processes and systems
• You have the ability to plan and execute own work efficiently while keeping stakeholders informed, take on responsibility and make decisions balancing business orientation and legal requirements
Merits:
• Experience with SAP (preferred EH&S)
• Good knowledge in classifications and labeling requirements and labeling requirements globally.
