Product Quality Manager, MEENA
Product Quality Manager has the overall responsibility for providing a high level of technical support to obtain maximum customer satisfaction level, covering Market company and importers of Hub Middle East, East and North West Africa (MEENA) countries; mainly Morocco, Turkey, Iran, Saudi Arabia, UAE and surrounding countries, which is a part of Sales Area Volvo Trucks International (VTI).
The position will report to the Aftersales Director, MEENA.
Main responsibilities
Identify,secure and develop technical know-how in the technical teams. Secure technical support to importers and retail operations in case of lack of competence.
Ensure distribution of important technical information to importers and within MC
Prioritizing quality problems, identifying and evaluation, and sharing worked out solutions.
Provide solutions and adapt them to the requirements within the specific importer or whole Hub MEENA (i.e. Law);
Collecting from markets and importers and escalating the most frequent technical quality problems
Supervision and Administration on the extent of the warranty eliminations, P-code and Re-calls campaigns, in accordance with the requirements of the VT
Representing MEENA in Product Quality meetings
Monitoring and reporting on the implementation of agreed action plans
Qualifications
Hold a university degree
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent team player for building cooperation within the departments in the company and the dealers, you take pride in being an ?intergrator?
You are technically skilled, both in the mechanical, electrical and software field
Analytical in recognizing patterns in data, information or events, drawing logical solutions and making recommendations for actions with excellent prioritization.
Detail oriented and ability in self motivation, you are a ?completer finisher?
Very good command of English, both verbal and written.
