Product Owner Web & Digital Commerce
Lynk & Co is seeking a Product Owner to manage the global Web & Digital Commerce platform.
As Product Owner for the Web & Digital Commerce platform you will be responsible together with a global team to create a totally new way to buy Lynk & Co cars. The Product Owner is working in the touchpoint between Product Management and leading an agile development teams creating and managing the global website and digital commerce solutions.
You are a team player who thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing, co:spirit environment.
The position is mainly based in Gothenburg Sweden at Lynk & Co HQ. The position includes global responsibility hence will require occasional travel.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Working closely with business owners for Web & Digital Commerce to define product roadmap based on an understanding of customer behavior, business direction, anticipated market trends and the possibilities of technology.
- Realize the vision and program backlog by detailing and writing narratives, requirements and user stories for the development teams.
- Have ownership of the Web & Digital Commerce platform and create clear requirements to IT teams for how to build/improve the buying process.
- Define the iterations and sprints by defining acceptance criteria
- Drive the sprint planning & review and accept the iteration increments
- Own & prioritize team backlogs and implementation
- Lead release planning and testing processes for global products efficiently and effectively
- Secure SLA:s and service lifecycle management
Profile and Background
- Ability to inspire actions - to challenge and foster creativity and innovation as well as driving continuous improvements.
- Driven problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities
- Tech-Savvy with good understanding of modern digital technologies and platforms
- Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
- Excellent communication skills.
- Cultural awareness, global/international experience
- Fluency in English - both oral and written
- Ability to travel
- Extensive experience of Digital Commerce (e-Commerce) platforms in various technical and business roles.
- Extensive experience working with Content Management Systems and Experience Platforms (preferably Sitecore)
- Extensive experience with omni-channel strategies and implementations
- Experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner.
