hela Sverige We are looking for a Product Owner to join our online team in Stockholm (Slussen). You will work with the day-to-day management of the development of Telenors digital channels, and you will have a key role implementing our digital vision together with the rest of the team. You will work proactively to create conditions for a first-class customer experience, resulting in increased sales and better self-service.
You will implement Telenors digital strategy together with stakeholders, IT and the development team. You will create development roadmaps based on targets, strategy and stakeholder requirements. You will also be responsible for the areas backlog, creating epics and stories, prioritizing development based on business value and complexity.
The responsibility includes, together with the development team, to secure a correct balance between quality, time and budget; handle and prioritize trouble shooting, and support the online team in technical matters.
Responsibilities:
Plan, monitor and manage online development from an identified need, backlog priorities and launches.
Plan, monitor and prioritize trouble shooting, bug fixes and application maintenance.
Manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.
Lead and coordinate stakeholder dialogues and requirements, backlog planning, business value, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management.
Ensure that the development team meets requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.

Desired Skills & Experience
In-depth knowledge and experience of agile development
An understanding of Telenors product portfolio - both business objectives and technical environment
Capacity to solve complex problems
Ability to work independently
Good leaderships skills, developed communication skills, and an ability to influence others, both internally as externally
Consultative skills and business behavior
3-5 years of industry experience
5 years experience from project management and agile methods
Very good understanding of prototyping, and concept visualization
A wide understanding of user interface design, web API's and user experience
Bachelor's degree in system development, business management, or experience working as a product owner or project manager
Ability to work in a creative, multi-disciplinary environment
Ability to plan, organize and execute a high variety of development requirements and projects
Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
