Background
Alfa Laval is currently on a digital transformation journey. As part of this transformation, we have created a global organization to strive for a superior and personalized digital customer journey. We are organized in Value Streams based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) framework. During 2023-2024 we are gradually onboarding and growing teams to our Value Stream - Digital Customer Journey. It is for this reason that we are now looking for you! To grow our EDI e-business channel and related capabilities with an IT Product Owner/Business Analysts.
About the job
As a Product Owner you will focus on our continued Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) customer footprint. The key tasks in this role include acting as a bridge between business, design, development, and test teams for all EDI related questions/clarifications. Prepare and drive the technical plan to onboard new customers to our EDI solution with our Product Manager. As well as, setting expectations and align with internal and external stakeholders. And last but not least testing and validating for EDI requirements.
Besides that, you will collaborate with other Product Owners to resolve dependencies, participate in team demos and reviews, prepare for program activities, including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt, and much more...
Who are you?
You are an experienced, strong analytical person with problem-solving skills and attention to detail and quality of output. Being part of a team is something that gives you energy and that extra push. The words "structured", "self-motivated" and "driven" defines you. And developing yourself as well as your colleagues comes natural to you.
What you know
Ideally you have more than 5 years of experience in the EDI/BA area. EDI experience in setup, mapping, testing, processing and troubleshooting. You have knowledge of standards and practices, EDI, X12/EDIFACT. Experience in SAFe Agile team environment driving stand up, backlog grooming, and iteration planning. Additionally, you have experience with Scrum.
