hela Sverige We are looking for a Product Owner that will join our On-board telematics team. Together with our agile teams you will drive and deliver connected services for the trucks. The department On-board Telematics is responsible for the on-board parts of the solutions. In other words, the electronics and SW that is in the trucks and buses building up the telematic and infotainment systems.
We strongly believe in the agile way of working and have started the journey to change from a traditional waterfall process to using continuous integration, SCRUM and continuous improvement. You will have an important role in our change process.
What do we want You to contribute with:
• We are implementing the SAFe, Scaling Agile framework, and we want you to take the role as product owner for our agile release train for on-board Connected Services (navigation, entertainment functions, fleet management functions etc)
• We are a global company, so we need you to connect to our internal customers in Sweden, US, India, Japan and France. You shall understand their needs and bring in their voices into the daily steering of our SW developers.
• We want you to follow the market trends and keep an eye on our competitors
• We want you to drive the teams to deliver like a clockwork with full quality and preferably exceed the expectations of our customers
• We want you to monitor and collect feedback from our end-users and use it as an input for optimizing the product

What do we think is required for managing this position?
• You need experience of leading SW development teams
• You need proven leadership of people, minimum 10 years
• You need a Master of Science degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• You need to be an agile nerd
• You must love to drive for change and result
Besides the mandatory list above, it's a merit if you have
• some experience of android development
• some experience from the connected vehicles and/or infotainment area
