Your role and responsibilities
Qmatic is on a transformation journey to become a SaaS leader in the Customer Journey Management world. As Product Owner for our cloud software solutions, you work with developing and maintaining the cloud platform, its applications and integrations. You set the strategic direction and roadmap together with our Product Managers. You will become the expert on what the platform and it 's services can do and how different stakeholders make use of the product. You will, together with the Product Manager, plan and prioritize the work needed to ensure fulfilment of business and product goals as well as requirements. You will work closely with several development teams and other stakeholders in the company, contributing to the ecosystem. As a Product Owner you will be the technical spokesperson for the product. You will communicate both internally and externally with suppliers and partners.
Your profile
To thrive in this position, you have a great passion for the user and the product. You want to validate the features and ensure we deliver value in a cost efficient way. It 's essential that you like collaborating in cross functional teams, pushing for high quality and efficient solutions. You take own initiatives and can handle high level concepts as well as work on detailed product level. You will help the teams to refine user stories and ensure a common understanding in terms of what is needed, why and how it will bring value to the company and the client. As a part of defining acceptance criteria for the product you will also ensure the product fulfill the criteria in an early stage. You take responsibility, know how to motivate the teams and you can make things happen. You have a willingness to share information and knowledge and understand the importance of being meticulous with information and advice.
Your skills and experience
To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
Have a technical background in software.
Have an understanding of cloud platform development and integrations.
Are familiar with the agile development approach.
Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
Have experience of similar roles preferably in a SaaS context.

Location
The position is located at our HQ in Krokslätts Fabriker, Mölndal, with possibility to part time remote work. You will be part of the Product Management team and report to Head of Product Management, Henk Varkevisser.
