hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Zenterio AB i Linköping As a product owner, you act as the interface between development projects and scrum teams at Zenterio. The scrum teams are grouped together in Guilds that represent different competence areas like e.g. User Interface or Backend Integration, and each guild has an assigned product owner that is responsible for the guild's backlog.
Zenterio has a scrum based development process, so the product owner attends regular scrum ceremonies like e.g. daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, backlog grooming and sprint demos.
The product owner also communicates directly with project managers and tech leads for development projects, discussing requirements, scope and deadlines for features and bug fixes needed by the projects.
Much of the planning work is handled in our issue tracking system JIRA.
Plan all work input requested by development projects, pre-sales engineers, product managers etc.
Be attentive to synergies and dependencies between features in planning or development.
Work in close cooperation with the Guild Master who acts as a line manager for the guild's developers.
Help Scrum Master in their effort to solve problems that block development efforts.
Support Project Managers with planning and status feedback for their projects.
We think you are able and willing to understand technical requirements, features and software development processes on a high level and that you are comfortable with project management artefacts like project plans and budgets. Prior experience as a technical project manager and/or scrum product owner is a plus.
