Job Summary
The Lamination & Web Handling team is responsible for developing knowledge and solutions in the areas of extrusion coating, lamination technologies, surface treatment and web handling. In front of us we have the exciting challenge of transforming our converting technologies to be suited for our sustainable packaging solutions. We are now looking for a new Product Owner!
This position will be permanent and located in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena. Travel is limited.
What you will do
Leading development activities related to extrusion, film forming and PE transport
You will be leading a DevOps agile team as a Product Owner and you will be a Reviewer for other agile teams
You will move your career to an exciting area of equipment industrialization, knowledge building and manufacturing process definition
You will lead and coordinate people allocated to different development and life cycle management activities
Collect and prioritize the product backlog and ensure strong alignment with key stakeholders
Who you are
We believe that you have an Engineering University degree and at least 5 years of proven track record preferably within the same area of technology. This includes experience in understanding new technologies to define comprehensive development roadmaps and to foster knowledge creation within your area.
You are acquainted with manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, and development processes.
Previous Product Owner or Project Leader experience and stakeholder management experience is required.
As a person, you have a strong drive for results and the ability to deliver on time and under pressure.
You are a natural leader and guiding, coaching and engaging people motivates you.
Collaboration across boundaries and reporting progress in forums of different management levels is something you feel comfortable with.
Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential
