We have an amazing team of engineers and product designers working on a product that is already part of thousands of people's lives. We are continually shipping new features and refining our designs to give our customers the best possible experience. We'll be launching cutting edge products in the next few months, so you'll join us during an exciting period of change and growth.
As we grow, we're building up teams focussed around core areas of the business and user experience. You'll be managing the goals, strategy, and delivery for our teams - working to truly understand what people need and how we can provide it. You'll be defining the way people interact with their finances on a daily basis and will be directly influencing the future of fintech.
What you'll do
• You are responsible for discovery, development and improvement of our products
• You own and shape the backlog, roadmap and vision of our products
• Working closely with the Chief Product Officer to define and deliver our product roadmap
• Talking to our users to understand their needs and how we can improve and enhance the product to suit them
• Collaborate with our agile engineering teams by writing clear and concise user stories and prioritizing the product backlog
• Work with our design team to create useful prototypes
• Analyse user feedback and drive continuous product improvement
Who you are
• You enjoy working closely with a development team and is something you have done previously
• You have experience managing the delivery of several app-based products
• You're comfortable working in a technical team that deals with ambiguity every day
• You're passionate about building the best possible user experience, and you monitor your metrics to see whether you're delivering
• You've demonstrated the ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
• Your previous experience is with start-ups and / or fin-techs (highly desirable)
• You are willing and able to live and work in Stockholm, Sweden
